The model

One contractor for the whole interior.

Most fit-out packages are split across a string of trade subcontractors. Every split is an interface, and every interface is where programme, quality and accountability tend to slip. We took that risk off the table by self-performing the lot.

The same team that prices the work installs it, and the same standard runs through every trade. For the main contractor, that means one contract to manage, one number to hold, and one name to call when it matters.
