Pre-construction & setting-out
We review the drawings, agree the programme with the main contractor, and set out the interior accurately before a single board goes up — resolving clashes on paper, not on site.
Strip-out
Existing fit-out removed cleanly and safely, with the floor left in a known, ready state for the new works to begin.
First fix & framing
Partition framing, ceiling grids and the dry shell go in, coordinated around services so the trades that follow have a clean, accurate base.
Boarding & installation
Boarding, glazing, timber, joinery and fire door-sets installed in the right order by the same team — no waiting on outside trades, no interface gaps.
Finishes
Jointing, decoration and final finishes applied to the agreed level, with quality checked against the benchmark as the work proceeds.
Snagging & handover
A managed snag and close-out process delivers a defect-free interior, handed over on programme with the documentation the main contractor needs.
