EDM Holdings has delivered the interior shell since 1986 — partitions, dry lining, ceilings and finishes — across Dubai, London, Ireland and Australia, built by people who know the trade from the ground up.
EDM Holdings has built drywall and partition packages since 1986. We started on a simple view: the drywall package is where fit-out programmes quietly slip, and most subcontractors treat it as a race to the cheapest rate.
We took the other view. Hold the programme, finish it right, hand it over clean — and a main contractor keeps calling. That is the whole company: skilled crews, tight supervision, honest paperwork, and a partner who answers the phone. We operate across Dubai, London, Ireland and Australia, close to the work in each market.
What we focus on
Depth where it counts. We go deep on the drywall and ceiling systems that make or break a fit-out — partitions, rated walls, finishing — and deliver the timber, glazing, painting and joinery that complete the interior around them. The inside of a building, handed over by one team.
What we will not do
We will not overstate, take work we cannot finish well, or chase growth at the expense of the standard that has kept clients with us for years. The reputation came from the work, not the other way round.
