About EDM Holdings
EDM Holdings is a specialist fit-out and drywall contractor built around a simple idea: the best commercial interiors are delivered by people who own every part of the work. Our people have been doing it since 1986.
Who we are
We partner with main contractors and principal contractors on commercial interiors across the UAE. Wherever we work, the standard is the same: precise, accountable, and finished to the level the specification calls for.
Drywall and partitions are our core, and we self-deliver the trades around them — timber, glazing, joinery and finishes — so a main contractor can hand the inside of the building to one team rather than coordinating a chain of subcontractors.
The model
Most fit-out packages are split across a string of trade subcontractors. Every split is an interface — and every interface is where programme, quality and accountability tend to slip. One company carries the interior from setting-out to handover, the same team that prices the work installs it, and the same standard runs through every trade.
Standards & assurance
An HSE-led culture on every site — method statements and risk assessments before work begins, permit-to-work where it applies, full inductions, and the discipline a live commercial site requires.
Work benchmarked at the outset and inspected as it proceeds, so issues are caught early rather than at handover. One team, one standard, carried straight through the package.
Realistic planning, sequencing and resourcing, with clear reporting and no surprises. We remove the inter-trade gaps that usually erode a programme — and say so early if anything threatens a date.
Accreditations, insurances, method statements and project references are available on request and issued to suit each client's pre-qualification requirements.

One team, accountable end to end — led by people who have spent their careers in specialist interiors, on site as much as in the office.
Chairman
Co-founder and Chairman, setting strategic direction across the group. Eddie’s focus is growth that holds, long-term client relationships and the quality of what actually gets built in the UAE. Four decades in specialist interiors, and the view that a contractor should own the whole interior rather than a slice of it.
Chief Executive Officer
Co-founder and Chief Executive, running the business day to day, with a remit spanning the group’s interests in Dubai, Ireland, Australia and London. Twenty-five years in the trade, and the holder of the two commitments the model depends on: directly employed labour, and a record of the work made as it is built.
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer, responsible for EDM's operations in the Middle East and the named contact for tender and pre-qualification enquiries. Over twenty-two years in senior commercial property and operations roles in London and Dubai, which is why he reads a package as a date, a number and a risk before it is a wall.
Project Director
Twenty years in interior fit-out, drywall and every trade EDM self-delivers, on projects in Ireland, London, the UAE and Australia. That time on site shapes how the team plans a package and holds it to programme.
