What we deliver
The full drywall scope this team has built into commercial, healthcare, education and hospitality fit-out — metal stud partitions, dry lining, MF and suspended ceilings, and rated systems built to the NCC and the relevant Australian Standard. We set out from the grid and the reflected ceiling plan, build the ratings to the certified detail, and finish to the level the specification calls for.
Drywall is the core, and the timber, glazing, painting and joinery around it are self-delivered, so a head contractor gets one accountable team for the interior. That package is delivered in the UAE.

How we work in Australia
We mobilise to the head contractor's site rules, build the rated systems to the tested detail and the NCC, and keep the build-up documented for certification. On commercial work we set out around the base build and the tenant fit-out; in live buildings we sequence around the people still using the space.
